Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lintasan belajar materi persamaan dan pertidaksamaan linear satu variabel, menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis, berpikir aljabar dan disposisi matematis. Pembelajaran LIT dalam PMR merupakan modifikasi dari pendekatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Matematika Realistik (PMR) dengan memasukan teori lokal pada saat pembuatan bahan ajar dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan melalui dua tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan pengembangan bahan ajar, percobaan desain dan analisis retrospektif selama 3 bulan. Pada tahap pelaksanaan, dilakukan modifikasi design research dengan menambahkan kelas kontrol sebagai pembanding. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 129 orang siswa SMP di Kab Sumedang terdiri dari siswa level sekolah sedang 63 orang dan level sekolah tinggi 66 orang selama 3 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa: (a) Hasil pengembangan dari lintasan belajar berupa Local Instruction Theory (LIT) dalam pendekatan pendidikan matematika realistik, untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan berpikir logis, berpikir aljabar dan disposisi matematis; (b) Pada keseluruhan sampel, peningkatan kemampuan berpikir logis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan LIT dalam PMR, lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan pendekatan PMR; (c) Tidak terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara perlakuan pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awal matematis siswa terhadap pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir logis; (d) Pada keseluruhan sampel, peningkatan kemampuan berpikir aljabar siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan LIT dalam PMR, lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang pembelajaran menggunakan PMR; (e) Terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara perlakuan pembelajaran dan pengetahuan awal matematis siswa terhadap pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir aljabar; (f) Pada keseluruhan sampel, peningkatan disposisi matematis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan LIT dalam PMR, lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan PMR, Kata Kunci: Design Research, Local instruction Theory, kemampuan berpikir logis, berpikir aljabar, disposisi matematis, This study is intended to produce learning trajectory in the learning material of equations and linear inequality one variable, to develop logical thinking skill, algebraic thinking and mathematic disposition. LIT learning in RME is a modification from RME approach by including local theory in the time when making the material learning and when the learning process happens. The research was formulated by two stages, those were preparation stage and implementation stage. In the preparation stage, the researcher had developed the material learning, designed the experiments and run the restropective analysis for 3 months. In the implementation stage, it was a modification process of research design by including control class as a standard of comparison. The research subjects were 129 Junior High School students; for the middle level of school there were 63 students and for the high level of school there were 66 students. It lasted in 3 months. The result of the research produced some information: (a) The development of Learning Trajectory is Local Instruction Theory (LIT) using RME approach to develop logical thinking skill, algebraic thinking and mathematic disposition; (b) In all samples, the improvement of students' logical thinking ability in learning using LIT in RME is higher than students whose learning using RME; (c) There is no significant interaction between learning and Mathematical early knowledge of students on the achievement and improvement of logical thinking ability; (d) In all samples, the improvement of students' algebraic thinking ability in learning using LIT in RME is higher than students whose learning using RME, (e) There is a significant interaction between the treatment and mathematical early knowledge of students on the attainment and improvement of algebraic thinking skills (f) On the whole sample, the increase in mathematical disposition of students whose learning using LIT in RME is higher than students whose learning using RME, Keywords: Design Research, Local Instruction Theory, logical thinking skills, algebraic thinking skill, mathematical disposition,
