Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan dalam membuat teks cerita pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas II Sekolah Dasar di Kota Bandung. Hal ini terlihat dalam kesulitan siswa dalam penguasaan kosakata mereka, menentukan kesesuaian isi cerita dengan topik pembahasan dan penggunaan model ataupun strategi mengajar yang kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Menjelaskan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model induktif kata bergambar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menulis cerita pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia kelas II Sekolah Dasar dan Mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan dalam menulis cerita pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Indoneisa kelas II Sekolah Dasar setelah menggunakan model iduktif kata bergambar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart dengan dua siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes dan observasi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Siswa sangat antusias dan aktif selama proses pembelajaran melalui penerapan model Induktif Kata Bergambar. Pada prasiklus ketuntasan siswa sebesar 57% dengan jumlah siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa, pada siklus I rata-rata nilai siswa sebesar 74% dan ketuntasan sebesar 53% dan siklus II meningkat 81% dengan ketuntasan sebesar 87%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Induktif Kata Bergambar dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks cerita dengan menggunakan tulisan sambung. This research is motivated by the low the ability in making the text of the story in Indonesian language class II Elementary School in Bandung. This is seen in students' difficulty students in mastery of vocabulary, they determine the suitability of the content of the story with discussion topic and the use of the models or strategies teacher who are well. The purpose of this study is to explain the paln the impletation of learning by applying the said inductive model said pictorial in improving the story writing on the Indonesian language subjects grade II primary School after using the model of inductiveword picture the research methode used is the methode of classroom action research. By using the model of kemmis and Mc.tagart with two cycles the technique of data collection in this study using test and observation. The research subject students of class II with amount 30 students. Students are very entusiastic and active during the learning proses thourgh the application of inductive said pictorial on thepre-cycles students be 57% with the number of students who did not complete as many 17 students at cycles I the average students score by 74% and mastery 53% and the cycles II increased to 81% with a completeness of 87% thus i can be concluded that the application of model inductive word picture can improve the ability to write text story be using the writing continued .
