Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1)mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pelaksanaan PPL mahasiswa Pendidikan Sosiologi, (2) mengetahui bagaimana gambaran kompetensi pedagogik pelaksanaan PPL mahasiswa Pendidikan Sosiologi, (3) mengetahui pengaruh program pengalaman lapangan (PPL) terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik calon guru sosiologi. Metode penelitian ini adalah survey. Populasi dan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan sosiologi yang telah melaksanakan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan program pengalaman lapangan (PPL) berjalan dengan efektif dengan skor rata-rata dari setiap indikator variabel x adalah 91,3% yang masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. (2) gambaran kompetensi pedagogik pelaksanaan PPL mahasiswa pendidikan sosiologi adalah 84,8% yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. (3) pengaruh program pengalaman lapangan (PPL) terhadap kompetensi pedagogik calon guru berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana adalah 9,4%, berarti program pengalaman lapangan (PPL) memberikan sumbangan sebesar 9,4% terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik calon guru sosiologi sedangkan sisanya (90,6%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci : Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL), Kompetensi pedagogik Calon Guru Sosiologi ABSTRACT The study aims to (1) find out how to describe the implementation of PPL of Sociology Education students, (2) to know how the description of pedagogic competence of PPL implementation of Sociology Education, (3) to know the influence of field experience program to pedagogic competence improvement of prospective sociology teacher. This research method is survey. Population and sample of this research are all sociology education students who have implemented Field Experience Program. The instruments used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the implementation of field experience program run effectively with the average score of each indicator variable x is 91.3% which enter into the high category. (2) description of pedagogic competence of PPL implementation of sociology education student is 84,8% which is included in medium category. (3) the influence of field experience program on pedagogic competence of teacher candidate based on simple linear regression test result is 9,4%, mean field experience program give contribution 9,4% to pedagogic competence increase prospective teacher of sociology while rest (90.6%) is influenced by other factors.
