Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya kasus kenakalan remaja yang mayoritas kurang memaknai kualitas hidupnya secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kecenderungan kesejahteraan subjektif peserta didik kelas X di SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Bangka. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode deskriptif dengan populasi peserta didik kelas X SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Bangka Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 538 peserta didik. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah angket kesejahteraan subjektif dari instrumen yang disusun oleh MIDUS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa kesejahteraan subjektif remaja berdasarkan kecenderungan umum, dimensi dan aspek termasuk kategori sedang. Hasil ini berimplikasi bagi layanan dasar bimbingan pribadi untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif remaja. Kata kunci: kesejahteraan subjektif remaja, layanan dasar, bimbingan pribadi The research was conducted due to many cases of juvenile delinquency caused by the majority of adolescents who have less quality of life in a positive manner. The purpose of the research is to describe the tendency of adolescent’s subjective well-being class X at SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Bangka. This research was quantitative research with descriptive method, having been conducted with 538 respondents studying in the 10th grade SMK Negeri se-Kabupaten Bangka academic year 2016/2017. The Instrument of this research is questionare based on subjective well-being characteristics which have been adapted from (MIDUS). This research shows that most of students’ subjective well-being which is based on dimension, and aspect are medium categories. This result implicates to based-service of individual guidance to increase adolescent’s subjective well-being. Key words: adolescent’s subjective well-being, basic service, individual guidance
