Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya struktur modal sektor aneka industri. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur aktiva dan struktur modal serta menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal pada sektor aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pertumbuhan penjualan, struktur aktiva, dan struktur modal yang bersumber dari data laporan keuangan perusahaan periode tahun 2011 – 2015. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear multiple dan uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Berdasarkan uji F, pertumbuhan penjualan dan struktur aktiva berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Secara uji t, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan, struktur aktiva tidak berpengaruh terhadap struktur modal. ----------- This research is motivated by the increasing of capital structure of miscellaneous industry sector. The Research aims to investigate the effects of sales growth, asset structure and capital structure and the influence of sales growth and asset structure to capital structure in miscellaneous industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method in this research is descriptive and verification method. The data used are secondary data of sales growth, asset structure, and capital structure sourced from corporate financial report data for the period of 2011 - 2015. Analysis technique in this research include classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. This research uses sampling technique that is purposive sampling. Based on the test F, sales growth and asset structure has significance of regression on capital structure. Based on t test, sales growth has influence toward capital structure. Meanwhile, the asset structure hasn’t influence toward capital structure.
