Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kesadaran siswa dalam menaati peraturan sekolah dan perilaku siswa yang sesuai nilai yang berlaku di masyarakat sehingga memicu suatu ketidakteraturan sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola sosialisasi nilai yang diterapkan oleh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan kepada siswa dan perannya dalam mendorong terciptanya keteraturan sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Hal ini dikarenakan masih ditemukan siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran pada peraturan sekolah dan berperilaku tidak sesuai dengan nilai yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif di mana penelitian diadakan di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi yang berada di Kabupaten Pangandaran dan berlokasi di sekitar kawasan wisata. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa (1) Pola sosialisasi yang dominan diterapkan oleh pihak sekolah adalah pola sosialisasi partisipatif dan sosialisasi nilai yang dilakukan oleh tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan berperan terhadap perilaku siswa di lingkungan sekolah, (2) Keteraturan sosial diantara warga sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Parigi berada pada tahap Order, (3) Hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mencitakan keteraturan sosial di SMA Negeri 1 Parigi terdiri dari hambatan internal dari warga sekolah yaitu kesadaran untuk menaati peraturan dan berperilaku sesuai nilai berlaku, serta hambatan eksternal yaitu faktor ekonomi, geografis, lingkungan keluarga dan teman sepermainan. Nilai, Partisipatif, Sosialisasi, This research was motivated by the low awareness of students in obeying the school rules and behave according to prevailing values in society that encourages a social disorder in the school environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the patterns of socialization values that applied by educators to students and its role in encouraging the creation of social order in the school environment. This is because they found the students committing the violations the school rules and behave inappropriately in accordance with prevailing values. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research method in which the study was conducted in Senior High School 1 Parigi that located in Pangandaran district and around the tourist areas. The results of this research found that (1) the pattern of socialization dominant implemented by the school is socialization patterns participatory and socialization of value made by educators contribute to the behavior of students in the school environment, (2) Social Order among the citizens of Senior High School 1 Parigi being on the stages of the Order, (3) The barriess of encountered to create social order in Senior High School 1 Parigi consists of the internal resistance of the school community is the awareness to follow the rules and behave according to the value in force, as well as external barriers are economic, geographic, family environment and play group.
