Abstract

Pendidikan pada hakikatnya adalah untuk mengembangkan pontensi baik secara kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotor yang ada pada diri individu itu sendiri. Berdasarkan pada pengamatan peneliti selama pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan di SMK Negeri Rajapolah diperoleh bahwa banyak peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami maupun mengerjakan tugas mekanika teknik. Sehingga pada saat mengerjakan tugas banyak peserta didik yang saling mencontek. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kepercayaan pada kemampuan diri sendiri (self efficacy). Efikasi bisa dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal diantanranya adalah metode pelajaran yang digunakan kurang bervariasi. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Mengetahui gambaran umum pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada peserta didik kelas X TGB, (2) Mengetahui gambaran umum efikasi diri (Self Efficacy) pada peserta didik kelas X TGB, (3) Mengetahui bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap efikasi diri (Self Efficacy) akademik peserta didik kelas X TGB. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian assosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X TGB 2 sebanyak 36 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran umum pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization dan gambaran umum efikasi diri (Self Efficacy) pada peserta didik kelas X TGB secara rata-rata termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan kriteria penafsiran koefisien korelasi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) yang digunakan pada mata pelajaran mekanika teknik terhadap efikasi diri (Self Efficacy) akademik peserta didik Teknik Gambar Bangunan di SMK Negeri Rajapolah dengan kriteria cukup baik. ;---Education is essentially to pontential develop both cognitively, affectively and psychomotor that exist in the individual itself. Based on the observation of researchers during the implementation of Field Experience Program at SMK Negeri Rajapolah obtained that many students who have difficulty in understanding and doing the task of mechanical engineering. So when doing the task of many students who cheat each other. This happens because of a lack of trust in self-efficacy. Efficacy can be influenced by external and internal factors. External factors is lesson method used less varied. This research is aimed to know: (1) to know the general picture of cooperative learning type of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) in TGB class X students, (2) to know the self efficacy in TGB class X students, (3) knowing that cooperative learning type of Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) on mechanical technique subject have significant influence to self efficacy of TGB class X students. This research is an associative research with quantitative approach. The sample of research is all students of class X TGB 2 as many as 36 people. Based on the result of the research, it is found that the general picture of cooperative learning of Team Assisted Individualization type and self efficacy in TGB class X students is included in very high category. Based on the criteria of interpretation of correlation coefficient there is a significant influence between cooperative learning type Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) used in the subjects of mechanical engineering to the self efficacy of students of Building Drawing Technique in SMK Negeri Rajapolah with good enough criteria.
