Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas IV di SDN SKG Kota Bandung. Hal ini disebabkan karena pada pembelajaran sebelumnya pembagian kelompok tidak heterogen dan pembagian tugas tidak merata bagi anggota kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student team achievement divisions untuk meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas IV SDN SKG. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Taggart. Tindakan penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari tahap perancanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN SKG sebanyak 39 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar kuis individu dan lembar observasi keterampilan kerjasama. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterampilan kerjasama siswa di kelas meningkat dari 69% pada siklus I menjadi 85% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kerjasama siswa kelas IV SDN SKG Bandung. ---------- This research is based on the lack of cooperative skill from fourth grader student in SDN SKG Bandung. This is due to the previous learning the division of the group is not heterogenous and the division of the task for each group member not equally. This reseach is aimed to describe the implementation of cooperative learning student team achievement divisions type to improve fourth grader students cooperative sklill. The method in this research is using Kemmis and Taggard model which is consist of four step that is planning, action, observation and reflection. Subject of this reseach is 39 fourth grader student of SDN SKG. The instrument which is used in this research are individual worksheet and cooperative sklill observation sheet. The result of this research showed the students cooperative skill score from 69% at the first cyle increase to 85% at second cycle. Base on the data, this researh can be concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning student team achievement division type can improve fourth grader students cooperative sklill.
