Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XII Program Studi Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII yang telah menyelesaikan praktik kerja industri yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur varaiabel Praktik Kerja Industri dan Variabel Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Pengujian instrument dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya pada siswa kelas XII Program Studi Teknik Gambar Bangunan yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas dengan uji chi kuadrat, serta uji hipotesis dan korelasi yang digunakan adalah Product Moment serta uji Determinasi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat konstribusi yang signifikan dari hasil Praktik Kerja Industri Motivasi Belajar Siswa Kelas XII Program Studi Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya yang ditunjukkan rxy1 sebesar 0,739, koefisien determinasi dan t hitung (6,003) > t tabel (2,042). Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi ((r2xy1)) 0,545 artinya 54,5 % besar Pengaruh praktik kerja industri terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, sementara sisanya 45,434% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. -------- This study aimed to determine the effect of industrial work practices to motivate students of class XII student Study program Building Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. The population of this research is class XII students who have completed an industrial working practices totaling 32 students. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. Questionnaire was used to measure variables Industrial Work Practices, and variables Student Motivation. Testing instrument held in SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya in class XII student Study program Building Engineering amount to 32 students. Data analysis technique used is normality test with chi square test, and hypothesis testing and correlation used is the product moment and determination test. The results showed that there were significant contribution from the the Industry work practices to motivate student of class XII student Study program Building Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya shown rxy1 amounted to 0.739, coefficient of determination and the t (6.003) > t table (2.042), Based on the coefficient of determination ((r2xy1)) 0,545 it means 54.5% a great effect of industrial work praktices to motivation of student, while the remaining 45.434% is influenced by other factors.
