Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prestasi belajar dan Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada responden yaitu siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi di SMKN 1 Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 135 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh jumlah populasi dari siswa kelas XII Program Keahlian Akuntansi. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier multipel, uji F, dan uji t. Berdasarkan persamaan regresi linier multipel Y ̂=5,811+0,164X1+1,031X2, dapat diketahui bahwa prestasi belajar dan Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) berpengaruh positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Hasil uji F menunjukkan Fhitung> Ftabel yaitu 108,528 > 3,07 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya bahwa regresi berarti, dengan demikian regresi memiliki arti untuk digunakan dalam mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil uji t dari pengujian hipotesis pertama diperoleh nilai thitung untuk prestasi belajar yaitu 1,951 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66. Karena nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 1,951 > 1,66 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh positif prestasi belajar terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Hasil uji t dari pengujian hipotesis kedua diperoleh nilai thitung untuk Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) yaitu 14,014 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66. Karena nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 14,014 > 1,66 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya, terdapat pengaruh positif Praktik Kerja Industri (Prakerin) terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. ;--- This research aims to determine the influence of learning achievement and on the job training on job readiness in the XII class students of expertise programme accounting in SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The method employed is descriptive and verificative through quantitative approach, the data obtained by distributing questionnaries to the respondents that are the XII class students of expertise programme accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. The populations in this research are 135 students and the samples in this research are all populations of the XII class students of expertise programme accounting. The analysis prerequisite test includes normality test, linear test, multicollinearity test, and heteroskedasticity test. Analysis of the data that is used is multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. Based on the multiple linear regression Y ̂=5,811+0,164X1+1,031X2, it can be seen that learning achievement and on the job training give the positive influence to the students job readiness. The result of the F test shows that Fstat> Ftable,which is 108,528 > 3,07 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Its mean that the regression is significant, this regression means to be used in making conclusions. The result of the t test from the first hyphotesis test shows that the number of tstat for learning achievement is 1,951 and the number of ttable is 1,66. Since tstat > ttable, which is 1,951> 1,656then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there are positive significant learning achievement on students job readiness. The result of the t test from the second hyphotesis test shows that the number of tstat for on the job training is 14,014 and the number of ttable is 1,66. Since tstat > ttable, which is 14,014 > 1,66 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It means that there are positive significant on the job training on students job readiness.
