Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini mengenai minat belajar siswa. Inti kajiannya difokuskan pada salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa yaitu kreativitas mengajar guru khususnya pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, pokok masalah yang diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana pengaruh kreativitas mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket, yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi yang menunjukkan bahwa (1) kreativitas mengajar guru kewirausahaan berada pada kategori cukup kreatif, (2) minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi berada pada kategori cukup tinggi, (3) kreativitas mengajar guru berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pihak guru lebih memperhatikan cara mengajar yang kreatif agar dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. ;--- This study is conducted in SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. The problem of this study deals with the students’ learning interest. The main problem is focused on one of the factors that influences the students’ learning interest, which is the teacher’s creativity on teaching specifically on entrepreneurship subject in grade XI of Office Administration. Based on that issue, the main problem that will be revealed in this study is to what extent the influence of teacher’s creativity on teaching towards the students’ learning interest. The respondents of this research consist of 90 students in grade XI of Office Administration in SMK Sangkuriang 1 Cimahi. The research method employed in this study is explanation survey method. Meanwhile, the technique of data collection is by spreading questionnaires analyzed with the use of simple regression analysis. Based on the results of this study, there are some information, which are (1) the teacher’s creativity on entrepreneurship teaching is in rather creative category, (2) the students’ learning interest in grade XI of Office Administration in SMK Sangkuriang Cimahi is in quite high category, (3) the teacher’s creativity on teaching significantly influences the learning interest for the students in grade XI of Office Administration in SMK Sangkuriang Cimahi. This study suggests the teachers to concern creative teaching method in order to increase the students’ learning interest on learning activities.
