Abstract
Peranan Olahraga sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Akan tetapi banyak
sekali mitos tentang olahraga yang sering membuat orang salah kaprah sehingga
menyebabkan latihan olahraga yang tidak sesuai dengan kategori badan mereka,
khususnya di gym. Oleh karena itu dilakukanlah penelitian sistem pakar Prediksi Kategori
Badan Dalam fitness dengan menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Sistem pakar ini
digunakan untuk membantu user dalam mendapatkan jadwal latihan fitness yang sesuai
dengan kategori badannya dalam pembentukan badan yang ideal. Metode Forward
Chaining diterapkan dalam proses penjadwalan. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan
metode Forward Chaining ini dapat membantu memproses pembagian kriteria badan
pengguna, seperti kurus, normal, atau obesitas berdasarkan Body Mass Index dan massa
lemak dari user. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan perhitungan sistem
terhadap penjadwalan manual dari ahli olahraga untuk memastikan bahwa proses
pemasukan latihan-latihan ke dalam jadwal user dengan metode Forward Chaining sudah
benar. Dari perbandingan antara hasil perhitungan manual dengan hasil perhitungan
sistem, diperoleh bahwa hasil perhitungan manual sama dengan perhitungan sistem.
Pengujian dilakukan terhadap member Gold’s Gym Ciwalk Bandung dan menunjukkan
bahwa sistem ini telah bekerja sesuai dengan jadwal manual dari ahli olahraga.----------The role of Sports is very important for human life. But a lot of myths about
sports that often make people go wrong so that causes exercise that does not fit their body
type, especially in the gym. Expert system using Forward Chaining method. This expert
system is used to assist the community in getting a fitness workout schedule in
accordance with the category of the body in the formation of the ideal body. The Forward
Chaining method is applied in the scheduling process. Expected by using Forward
Chaining method can help process the division of user body criteria, such as thin, normal,
or obese based on Body Mass Index and fat mass from the user. Testing is done by
comparing the calculation of the system to the manual scheduling of the sports expert to
ensure that the process of entering the exercises into the user schedule with the Forward
Chaining method is correct. From the comparison between the results of manual
calculations with the results of system calculations, obtained that the results of manual
calculations equal to the calculation system. The test was conducted on the member's
Gold's Gym Ciwalk Bandung and showed that this system has been working according to
the manual schedule of the sports expert.
