    Abstract

    Prestasi belajar merupakan pencapaian yang diperoleh individu dalam menyelesaikan
    tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam program pembelajaran. Prestasi belajar dipengaruhi
    oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah motivasi berprestasi. Motivasi berprestasi
    adalah dorongan dan upaya peserta didik dalam mencapai prestasi belajar setinggitingginya.
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kontribusi motivasi berprestasi
    terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
    adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasional yang bertujuan untuk
    mengukur berapa besar motivasi berprestasi berkontribusi terhadap prestasi belajar
    peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 267 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri
    26 Bandung Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian
    menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi berkontribusi positif signifikan terhadap
    prestasi belajar peserta didik. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapakan dapat dijadikan
    landasan dalam penyusunan program untuk pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling
    di bidang belajar agar dapat membantu peserta didik mencapai prestasi belajar yang
    optimal.----------Learning achievement is the achievement obtained by individuals in completing
    the goals set in the learning program. The learning achievement is influenced by
    various factors, one of which is the achievement motivation. Achievement motivation
    is the encouragement and effort of learners in achieving the highest learning achievement.
    This study aims to measure the contribution of achievement motivation to the learning
    achievement of learners. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with
    correlational study method that aims to measure how much achievement motivation
    contribute to student learning achievement. This research was conducted on 267 students
    class VIII SMP Negeri 26 Bandung Academic Year 2016/2017 as sample research. The
    results showed that achievement motivation contributed significantly to the learning
    achievement of learners. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for the
    preparation of the program for the provision of guidance and counseling services in the
    field of learning in order to help learners achieve optimal learning achievement.
