Abstract

Kedisiplinan merupakan perilaku yang harus dimiliki siswa. Hal ini dikarenakan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. Namun, pada kenyataannya kedisiplinan belum sepenuhnya melekat pada siswa. Maka, perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas V SD melalui penerapan teknik modifikasi perilaku token ekonomi. Penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas, desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model Kemmis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD sebanyak 23 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa indikator pertama aspek tertib mengerjakan tugas pada siklus I mencapai 48% dan di siklus II meningkat 91%. Pada indikator kedua aspek tepat waktu di siklus I mencapai 26% dan di siklus II mencapai 100%. Indikator ke tiga aspek memperhatikan penjelasan di siklus I mencapai 17% dan di siklus II meningkat 87%. Indikator keempat aspek tidak berjalan-jalan ketika mengerjakan tugas pada siklus I dan siklus II mencapai 100% dan di siklus II mencapai 100%. Dari sata tersebut kedisiplinan siklus I mencapai 13% dan siklus II meningkat 100%. Maka terbukti bahwa penggunaan teknik modifikasi perilaku token ekonomi meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa.;---Discipline is a behavior that must be owned by students. This is because the discipline effect on learning outcomes. However, in fact the discipline has not been fully as habit to the student self. So from that, the need for efforts to improve student discipline. This study aims to improve the discipline of 5th grade primary school students through the application of behavioral token economic modification techniques. The research used classroom action research, research design used by Kemmis and Taggart model consisted of 2 cycles. Participants in this study were 5th graders of elementary school as many as 23 people. The instruments of data collection used were observation sheets, and field notes. The results showed that the first indicator of orderly aspects of doing the task in cycle I reached 48% and in cycle II increased to 91%. In the indicator second aspects do the task on time in cycle I reached 26% and in cycle II increased to 100%. The third indicator of pay attention to explanation in cycle I reached 17% and in cycle II increased 87%. The four aspects indicator did take a walk when doing the task at cycle I and cycle II reach 100%. From the data the discipline of cycle I reached 13% and cycle II increased to 100%. It is proofed that the use of the technique of behavioral modification of the token economy improved the discipline and had a positive effect on student learning outcomes.
