Abstract
Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun Kabupaten Sumedang merupakan tempat wisata yang berbasis wisata sejarah. Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun Kabupaten Sumedang dibagi menjadi enam gedung yaitu, Gedung Srimanganti, Gedung Bumi Kaler, Gedung Gamelan, Gedung Pusaka, Gedung Gendeng dan Gedung Kereta, yang memiliki fungsi berbeda, penelitian ini menganalisis kepuasan wisatawan, terkait dengan tingkat kepuasan (important) dan tingkat kinerja (performance) media interpretasi di Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun Kabupaten Sumedang. empat indikator media interpretasi yang akan peneliti ukur adalah 1) Enjoyable, 2) Relevant, 3) Organized dan 4) Thematic. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan wisatawan Museum pada bulan Desember tahun 2016 dan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Kemudian untuk mengetahui kepuasan tingkat wisatawan, data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil metode IPA yaitu berupa Diagram Kartesius yang mempunyai empat kuadran dengan skala prioritas. Hasil IPA menunjukan skala prioritas utama adalah kemenarikan papan informasi, kemenarikan leaflet dan kesesuaian tema pada leaflet. Indikator dengan skala prioritas rendah namun harus tetap diperhatikan yaitu kemenarikan pemandu dalam menyampaikan informasi sejarah, kejelasan pemandu menyampaikan informasi sejarah dan kesesuaian tema pada papan informasi. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan adalah dengan mengelola dan mengembangkan media interpretasi yang ada di Museum Prabu Geusan Ulun Kabupaten Sumedang berdasarkan skala prioritas agar lebih efektif dan efisien.----------Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum of Sumedang district constitute travel place based of history tourism. Prabu Geusan Ulun Museum of Sumedang district divided into six building, that is : Srimaganti Building, Bumi Kaler Building, Gamelan Building, Pusaka Building, Gendeng Building and Kereta Building which has the different function, this research analyze satisfaction of touris connected with important and performanced interpretation media in Prabu Geusan Ulum Museum of Sumedang district. Has four indicator in interpretation media which will researcher measuring, that is 1) Enjoyable, 2) Relevant, 3) Organized, and 4) Thematic. Method in this research use description method with approach quantitative involving 100 respondents which is touris of museum in desember 2016 and using random sampling technique. And then to know touris level satisfaction, data analyze with using important performance anylize (IPA) method. The result of IPA method is such a diagram kartesius quardant has four quardant with priority scale. The result of IPA show the frist priority scale is of information board attractiveness, leaflet attractiveness and mathcing thame on leaflet. Indicator with low priority scale but must to be noticed is tour leader attractiveness in submit historical information. Tour leader clarity submit historical information and matching thame on information board. Efort to doing for increase touris satisfaction is with manage and develop interpretation media at Prabu Geusan Ulun of Sumedang district by priority scale to be more effective and effiesien.
