Abstract

Alun-alun Kota Bandung adalah salah satu ruang terbuka publik yang ada di Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Keberadaan alun-alun saat ini merupakan rancangan dari pemerintah Kota Bandung yang ingin meningkatkan ruang-ruang yang tidak terpakai untuk dijadikan ruang terbuka publik, pada awal keberadaanya alun-alun Kota Bandung sangat disambut baik oleh masyarakat Kota Bandung tetapi akhir-akhir ini keberadaan Alun-alun Kota Bandung mendapatkan komentar yang buruk terhadap sarana rekreasi yang ada di Alun-alun Kota Bandung, sehingga peniliti ingin mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sarana rekreasi yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) mengatahui tanggapan pengunjung tentang sarana rekreasi yang ada di alun-alun Kota Bandung (2) mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sarana rekreasi di alun-alun kota bandung (3) memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah kota bandung tentang peningkatan sarana rekreasi. jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 100 responden. Sedangkan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Importance performance analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian mengenai sarana rekreasi terhadap kepuasan pengunjung berada di kategori tidak puas -2,67. Oleh karena itu, melalui penelitian ini peneliti memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah dan pihak terkait di Kota bandung untuk meningkatkan,membangun dan menjaga kualitas sarana rekreasi beserta komponen yang ada di dalamnya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung terhadap sarana rekreasi tersebut;---Alun-alun Bandung is one of the public open space in the city of Bandung, West Java Province. The Existence square is now a draft of the government of Bandung who want to improve the spaces unused to serve as public open space. The purpose of this study are (1) Determine the respone of visitors on recreation facilities in Bandung Town Square (2) determine the level of satisfaction of visitors to the recreational facilities in Bandung town square (3) provide feedback to the government of bandung on infrastructure improvement recreation. This type of research is quantitative deskriptif with simple random sampling, technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. While the analysis of the data in the study using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Result of research on visitors satisfaction recreational facilities are in a category that is not satisfied -2,67. There for, thourgh this study, researchers give recommendations to the government and relevan parties in Bandung to improve build and maintance the quality of recreation facilities long with the existing components in it to increase visitors satisfaction towards the recreation facilities.
