Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas XI-IIS SMAN 15 Bandung. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model cooperative learning tipe Student Team Achievement Division terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan materi ketenagakerjaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI-IIS SMAN 15 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes berbentuk uraian. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 33,28 dengan N-Gain 0,481 pada kategori sedang dan peningkatan siswa kelas kontrol sebesar 13,17 dengan N-Gain 0,184 pada kategori rendah; Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas eksperimen sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan; Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model cooperative learning tipe Student Team Achievement Division dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode ceramah.;--- The main problem in this research low of critical thinking skills student on class XI-IIS SMA N 15 Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the application cooperative learning type model Student Team Achievement Division towards the students critical thinking skills with topic about employment of economics subject. The subject in this research is the students of XI-IIS class at SMAN 15 Bandung. The research method is a quasi-experimental method with nonequivalentcontrol group design by using description test as the instrumental research.The hypothesis test in this research used the Wilcoxon and t tests. Based on test results is: An increase in students critical thingking skills in experiment class by 33,28 with N-Gain 0,481 on the middle category and control class student increase by 13,17 with N-Gain 0,184 on the low category; There are differences in critical thinking skills of students in experiment class before and after treatment; There are differences improvement in students critical thinking skills between experiment class that used cooperative learning type model Student Team Achievement Division and control class that used the lecture method.
