Abstract
Perilaku agresif merupakan salah satu bentuk prilaku negatif yang sering dialami individu pada masa anak-anak. Mengingat dampak buruk bagi pelaku maupun korban perilaku agresif, maka penelitian ini berfokus pada cara untuk mereduksi perilaku agresif dengan memberikan layanan berupa bimbingan kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral teknik modeling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent pretest-postest control group design (pretest-postest dua kelompok) yaitu desain penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada dua kelompok, yakni kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Subjek pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa yang dibagi menjadi 9 siswa pada tiap kelompok eksperimen maupun kontrol berdasarkan kategori perilaku agresif tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Setelah pemberian layanan pada kelompok eksperimen maka dilakukan uji statistik yaitu menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan didapatkan hasil Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,501 > 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil uji statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan setelah pelaksanaan layanan. Namun apabila dilihat dari hasil observasi dan perubahan skor post-test tiap-tiap siswa pada kelompok eksperimen, maka dapat diasumsikan bahwa teknik modeling dapat mereduksi perilaku agresif anak. ; ---- Aggressive behavior is one of the negative behavior which generally is experienced by a person during their childhood. Due to its negative effect for the subject or the victim, thus this research is focusing on how to reduce the aggressive behavior by providing group counselling service using behavioral approach modelling technique. The method used in this research in quasi experiment with nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design (two groups’ pretest-posttest), consist of control group and experimental group. The subjects of this research are 18 students, 9 students in both control and experimental group based on the aggressive behavior categories: high, medium, and low. After the service has been given, then the statistic test is conducted, in this case the test used is Mann-Whitney test. The result obtained from the test is Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0.501 > 0.05. Statistically, there is no significant difference after the service is given. Otherwise, from the observation result and the alteration of students’ posttest score, it can be assumed that the modelling technique can reduce children’s aggressive behavior.
