Abstract
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan yang rendah pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dilihat dari nilai UAS Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 yang rata – rata tidak memenuhi KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar dengan variabel kontrol gaya belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanatori dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat pengumpul data. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS/IIS SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan yaitu sebanyak 430 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling, diperoleh sampel sebanyak 208 siswa. Teknik analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan variabel kontrol.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar dan adanya perbedaan pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil dengan melihat gaya belajar siswa. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan mengajar guru berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, Gaya Belajar, Hasil Belajar The problem of this research is study results of XI IPS/ IIS (Social Department) High School Students in district of Pesanggrahan South Jakarta that weak in economic subject seen from UAS even semester in 2015/ 2016 school year that average didn’t fill the KKM (Criteria for Minimal Complettenes). The purpose of this research is to know the influence of teachers against teaching skills of learning outcomes with variables control studied style of students. The method that used in this research is explanatory survey with using questionnaire as data collector tools. Population inside the research is all of XI IPS/ IIS High School students in district of Pesanggrahan, South Jakarta as mush as 430 students by using sampel random sampling technic, sampe obtainable as much as 208 students. Analitical data technic is simple linear regression analysis with control variable. The results showed that teachers teaching skills are in a very high category and student learning outcomes at the high category. Hypothesis test results showed that the teachers 'teaching skills have a positive effect on learning outcomes and their differences influence teachers' teaching skills to the results by looking at the student's learning style. Simultaneous test results showed that the teachers' teaching skills significantly influence student learning outcomes. Keywords : Teaching Skills Teacher , Learning Styles , Learning Outcomes.
