Abstract

Abstrak — Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya tuntutan kompetensi kerja di Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa yang akan melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Industri. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja di industri pada Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata program keahlian Tata Busana mengacu pada Struktur Kurikulum SMK yang menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran bagi siswa SMK dapat dilaksanakan di sekolah dan di industri. Saat ini masih ada industri yang masih belum memahami mengenai standar kompetensi dan materi pelajaran yang dapat dipelajari siswa di industri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ruang lingkup muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana di SMK Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata, relevansi muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana dengan kebutuhan siswa serta industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 11 responden terdiri dari guru SMK pada Mata Pelajaran Produktif Tata Busana, dan Ketua Program Keahian Tata Busana untuk mengetahui muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana di SMK Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata, 35 responden dari siswa Tingkat XII Program Keahlian Tata Busana yang telah melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Industri untuk mengetahui relevansi muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana dengan kebutuhan siswa dan 7 reponden dari dunia usaha/dunia industri yang siswa melaksanakan prakerin untuk mengetahui relevansi muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana dengan kebutuhan industri. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket) yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan persentase data untuk mengetahui ruang lingkup muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana di SMK Bidang Keahlian Pariwisata, relevansi muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana dengan kebutuhan siswa serta industri. Relevansi muatan kurikulum mata pelajaran produktif Program Keahlian Tata Busana berada pada kriteria relevan yaitu relevansi kompetensi dasar pada mata pelajaran, relevansi materi pelajaran pada kompetensi dasar dan relevansi materi pelajaran pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Relevansi muatan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan siswa berada pada kriteria relevan yaitu kesesuaian antara pengalaman belajar dengan pemahaman tentang praktik kerja industri, kesesuaian antara pengalaman belajar dengan Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Praktik Kerja Industridan kesesuaian antara pengalaman belajar dengan penilaian pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Relevansi muatan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri berada pada kriteria relevan yaitu relevansi kompetensi dasar pada mata pelajaran dengan kebutuhan industri,relevansi materi pelajaran pada kompetensi dasar dengan kebutuhan industri,dan relevansi materi pelajaran pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Abstract - This research was motivated by the demands of the job competencies in the Business World Industries that must be mastered by students who will carry out the Work Practices Industry. The practice of the industrial internship for Fashion Skill Program in Tourisme Major is based on the SMK curriculum structure. The curriculum stated that the practice can be done at school or in industrial area. By this moment, we still find many industries that can not grasp the importance of standard competence and learning material thatthe students need to learn . The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the scope of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring tourisme skill, the relevance of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program on productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme Skill towards students’ needs and industrial demands. I used descriptive methode with 11 respondents consisted of smk teachers teaching productive fashion learning subject and the chairmen of Fashion Skill Program in SMK Majoring tourisme to perceive information on curriculum load in productive learning subject of Fashion Skill Program of SMK Majoring Tourisme, 35 respondents consisted of students of grade XII from Fashion Skill Program who had had their internship program to perceive in formation on the relevance of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme skill towards students’ needs, and 7 respondents cosisted of people who work in which the intership practice was held to perceive information on the relevance of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme Skill towards industrial demands. Data collecting technique used is questionnaire type. The data collected is then analyzed by using data percentage to acknowledge the scope of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme Skill and the relevance of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme skill towards students’ needs and industrial demands. The relevance of curriculum load in Fashion Skill Program productive learning subject in SMK Majoring Tourisme Skill is in relevant criteria. It consisted of the relevance of basic competence to learning subject, the relevance of learning material to basic competence, and the relevance of leaning material to internship practice. The relevance of curriculum load to students’ needs is in relevant criteria. It cosisted of the compatibility of learning experience to their comprehension ofindustrial intership practice, the compatibility of learning experience to the implementation of industrial internship program, the compatibility of learning experince to the evaluation of industrial internship practice. The relevance of curriculum load to industrial demands is in relevant criteria. It consisted of the relevance of tha basic competence of learning subject to industrial demands, the relevance of learning material of the basic competence to industrial demands, and the relevance of learning material to the implementation of industrial internship program.
