Abstract
Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Hal tersebut dilihat dari hasil survey kepuasan mahasiswa ditahun 2015. Fokus kajian pendidikan diarahkan pada faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Mutu layanan akademik merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis, juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksplanatory survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 348 mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan informasi bahwa tingkat mutu layanan akademik di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis berada pada kategori sedang, dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Pendidikan Ekonomi dan Bisnis berada pada kategori sedang. Dari hasil analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan mahasiswa The issue became a study in this research is having not optimal student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, Indonesia University of Education. It is characterized by the result of student satisfaction survey in 2015. The focus of the study of education directed at factors that influenced student satisfaction. Academic service quality is a factor that thought to have an influence on student satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of academic service quality and student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education, also to analyze the influence of academic service quality on student satisfaction. This research used explanatory survey method. The data were obtained used questionnaire with likert scale model. The respondents in this reseach were student of Faculty of Economic and Business Education, many as 348 students. The data was analyzed by using simple regression analysis. The result of the data analysis revealed that academic service quality was classified as middle category, also student satisfaction in Faculty of Economic and Business Education classified as middle category. Based on the analyzed of simple regression, the result revealed that academic service quality has the positive and significant influence toward student satisfaction.
