Abstract
Pendidikan inklusif merupakan sistem pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus untuk mengecap pendidikan di sekolah reguler dan sistem pendidikan yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan pendidikan siswa berdasarkan karakteristik kekuatan dan kelemahan siswa. Penerimaan siswa berkebutuhan khusus di sekolah reguler menjadikan guru untuk harus memahami konsep pendidikan inklusif dan penyelenggaraannya sehingga dapat memberikan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas terhadap siswa dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat program pendampingan pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri X kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan dua tahap. Penelitian, diawali dengan pengumpulan data kualitatif tentang kondisi objektif pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah, kemudian dilengkapi dengan program pendampingan praktik pendidikan inklusif serta didukung dengan pelaksanaan dari program pendampingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hambatan dan tantangan sekolah dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusif di sekolah yaitu minimnya pemahaman tentang pendidikan inklusif serta belum tahunya cara menyusun rancangan pembelajaran setting inklusif dapat di minimalisir dengan dilakukannya pendampingan pada aspek-aspek pemahaman akan pendidikan inklusif, keterampilan menyusun instrument asesmen serta keterampilan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran setting inklusif. Kata kunci : pendidikan inklusif, Program Pendampingan Inclusive education is an education system in which student with special needs are given a chance to experience regular school’s education, along with its system that covers students’ needs based on their strengths and weaknesses characteristics. School that employs this system requires the teachers to fully comprehend the concept of inclusive education and its implementation, so that the high quality educational service, which suits students’ learning needs, can be given. Thus, this research is aimed to create a mentoring program for the implementation of inclusive education that is adjusted to the need of X Junior High School in Bandung. Moreover, this research employs qualitative method as its framework, which was done in two stages. Firstly, collecting qualitative data on the objective condition of the inclusive education implementation at the school. Secondly, creating the mentoring program of inclusive education practices, and then implementing that developed program. The findings of this research show that the obstacles and challenges faced by the school in implementing inclusive education are: the lack of knowledge on inclusive education and the unawareness on how to organize the lesson plans for inclusive education, which can be minimized by applying mentoring program towards the comprehension aspects of inclusive education; the skills in arranging assessment instruments; and the skills to set up the lesson planning for inclusive education setting.
