Abstract
Demi membangkitkan minat belajar siswa, guru harus terlibat aktif pada saat proses pembelajaran. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dimiliki setiap guru adalah keterampilan mengajar. Dengan dilatarbelakangi rendahnya minat belajar siswa kelas XI AP2 pada mata pelajaran mengelola pertemuan rapat di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, penelitian ini dibuat untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa terkait dengan mata pelajaran tersebut. Melalui metode survey, pengolahan data diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 43 orang siswa kelas XI AP2 di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas XI AP2 pada mata pelajaran mengelola pertemuan rapat di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Mengajar Guru, Minat Belajar Siswa. To increase the students learning’s interest, the teachers have to involve themselves actively during the learning process. One of the important things that the teachers should have is the teaching skills. By seeing the low percentage of the student learning interest from XI-AP2 class in a study subject named Managing a Meeting in SMK Bina Wisata Lembang, this study is conducted to see the percentage of teaching skills effect to the student learning’s interest in that study subject. By using Survey method, the process of collecting data is using questionnaire with 43 respondents from students of XI-AP2 class in SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. The technique which is used in this study is Simple Regression analysis. Based on the result of the research, it is known that there are positive and significant effects of the teachers teaching skills to the students learning’s interest from XI-AP2 class in Managing a Meeting’s subject in SMK Bina Wisata Lembang Keywords: The teachers teaching skills, the students learning’s interest
