Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana efektivitas model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik ranah psikomotor pada mata pelajaran komposisi foto digital di kelas XI multimedia SMK Negeri 11 Bandung?”. Secara lebih khusus rumusan masalah terdiri dari 1) Apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada ranah psikomotor aspek mekanisme (mechanism) antara peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada Mata Pelajaran Komposisi Foto Digital? 2) Apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada ranah aspek respon terbimbing (guided respon) antara peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada Mata Pelajaran Komposisi Foto Digital? 3) Apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik pada ranah psikomotor aspek kemahiran (complex overt respons) antara peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan peserta didik yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada Mata Pelajaran Komposisi Foto Digital? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Desain. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes perbuatan (Performance Test). Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik ranah psikomotor pada mata pelajaran Komposisi Foto Digital di kelas XI SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar ranah psikomotor siswa antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional pada mata pelajaran komposisi foto digital.;--- The main issue of this research is “How does the effectiveness of project based learning model toward the difference of student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains in subjects digital photo composition against 1ith grade students of SMKN 11 Bandung?”. More specifically, the research problems consist of 1) Is there any differences in student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains in mechanism aspects between students who use project based learning model with students who use conventional model in digital photo composition subject? 2) Is there any differences in student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains in guided respon aspects between students who use project based learning model with students who use conventional model in digital photo composition subject? 3) Is there any differences in student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains in complex overt respons aspects between students who use project based learning model with students who use conventional model in digital photo composition subject? The method used in this research is quasi-experimental method with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Instrument used in this research is Performance Test. The sampling technique in this research using Cluster Random Sampling. The general result of the research shows that the application of Project Based Learning model effectively used to improve student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains in digital photo composition subjects at 11th grade students of SMKN 11 Bandung. This is evidenced by a differences in student’s learning outcomes of psychomotor domains between students who use project based learning model with students who use conventional model in digital photo composition subject
