Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada media pembelajaran (X), motivasi belajar siswa (Y), dan hasil belajar siswa (Z). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei eksplanasi, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara studi literatur dan penyebaran angket (kuisioner) yang disebarkan kepada 56 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Data tentang media pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar diperoleh berdasarkan presepsi siswa, sedangkan data hasil belajar siswa diperoleh berdasarkan nilai akhir siswa kelas XI pada mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor. Berdasarkan analisis data, media pembelajaran (X) termaksud kategori cukup puas, motivasi belajar (Y) berada pada kategori tinggi yang diperoleh dari presepsi siswa. Hasil belajar siswa (Z) kelas XI pada mata pelajaran mengelola peralatan kantor termaksud kategori rendah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa media pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar siswa.;--- This research was conducted at SMK Pasundan 1 Cimahi. The problem studied in this research is not optimal grade XI result of learning student in subjects manage office equipment expertise Office Administration program. Focus is directed at teaching media studies (X), student motivation (Y), and student learning outcomes (Z). The method used is explanatory survey methods, data collection techniques by means of literature studies and questionnaires (questionnaires) were distributed to 56 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert.Teknik scale model of data analysis using path analysis. Data about the media learning and motivation to learn is obtained based on the perception of students, while data on result of learning student obtained based on the value end of class XI students on subjects manage office equipment. Based on data analysis, instructional media (X) the said categories are quite satisfied, the motivation (Y) at the high category derived from the perception of students. Student learning outcomes (Z) grade XI on the subjects of the said office equipment to manage low category. Based on the results of path analysis, the result that media learning positive and significant impact on result of learning student either directly or indirectly through the students' motivation.
