Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keadaan pembelajaran di sekolah yang sering terkendala alat yang kurang memadai, dan materi pembelajaran yang monoton. Dengan kendala ini seringkali siswa terabaikan sehingga siswa kurang bergerak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan permainan tradisional dalam meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar melompat (pada siswa SDS Mutiara Parahyangan). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus dengan program permainan tradisional. Subjek penelitian ini siswa kelas V SDS Mutiara Parahyngan Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 20 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Lembar Observasi Hasil observasi awal menunjukan bahwa siswa sangat kurang dalam melakukan gerak dasar melompat dalam pembelajaran, hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai gerak melompat rata-rata presentase 41,25%. Yang seharusnya 75% dari seluruh aspek. Selanjutnya hasil siklus 1 tindakan 1 dengan nilai presentase 44,06%. Kemudian hasil siklus 1 tindakan 2 dengan nilai presentase 45,62%. Selanjutnya hasil siklus 2 tindakan 1 dengan nilai presentase 74,35%. Selanjutnya hasil siklus 2 tindakan 2 dengan nilai presentase 85%. Setelah melalui dua siklus rata-rata kemampuan gerak dasar melompat mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kemampuan melompat siswa melalui permainan tradisional mengalami peningkatan.;--- This research was motivated by the state of learning in school are often constrained by inadequate tools, and learning materials in a mono-tone. With this constraint is often neglected students so that students are less mobile. The purpose of this study to determine the extent of the ap-plication of traditional games in improving basic motor skills long jump (at Mutiara Parahyangan students SDS). The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) with two cycles with a program of traditional games. These research subjects fifth grade students SDS Mutiara Bandung Parahyngan of 20 people. The instrument used is the Observation Sheet Results of preliminary observations showed that the students are very basic jump motion capture in learning, this is indicated by the value of the throwing motion capture an average percentage of 41.25%. That should have 75% of all aspects. The results of one action cycle 1 with a value of percentage of 44.06%. Then the results of cycle 1 action 2 with a percentage value of 45.62%. The results of the second cy-cle of action 1 with a value of percentage of 74.35%. The results of the second cycle of action 2 with a percentage value of 85%. After two cycles average basic movement jumping ability has increased significantly. The conclusion of this study is the jumping ability of students through tradi-tional games has increased.
