Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran umum atau penyajian aspek literasi sains yang ada pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) negeri se-kota Bandung. Aspek literasi sains mengacu pada kerangka kerja Programme for International Student Assesment (PISA) 2015. Komponen Pembelajaran yang terdiri dari Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi diteliti pada setiap aspek. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, survei, dan analisis konten. Observasi dan analisis konten menggunakan total 12 instrumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada sampel 19 SMP dari populasi 54 SMP se-kota Bandung yang dipilih secara stratified cluster sampling berdasarkan strata, wilayah, dan kurikulum yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa dari 3 komponen pembelajaran yang diteliti, menunjukkan adanya penekanan atau dominasi Aspek Pengetahuan dibandingkan aspek yang lain. Pada komponen Perencanaan, Aspek Pengetahuan tersaji sebesar 39,4% terbesar dari aspek lain yakni Konteks 14,9%, Kompetensi 28,6% dan Sikap 17,1%. Pada komponen Pelaksanaan, Aspek Pengetahuan tersaji sebesar 35,93% terbesar dari aspek lain yakni Konteks 20,55%, Kompetensi 26,45% dan Sikap 17,07%. Pada komponen Evaluasi, Aspek Pengetahuan tersaji sebesar 54,1% terbesar dari aspek lain yakni Konteks 40,8% Kompetensi 3,8% dan Sikap 1,3%,. Hasil Penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa SMP yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013 menunjukkan penyajian literasi sains yang lebih baik daripada SMP yang menerapkan kurikulum 2006, lalu SMP yang berada di Bandung Tengah dan Tenggara juga menunjukkan penyajian yang lebih baik daripada wilayah lain. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan masih rendahnya penyajian aspek literasi sains di kota Bandung yang ditunjukkan oleh persentase pencapaian yang hanya sebesar 23,52%, meskipun persentase kemunculannya tinggi yakni sebesar 73%. ---; This study aims to obtain an overview or representation aspect of scientific literacy that existed at the Junior High School (SMP) land throughout the city of Bandung. Aspects of scientific literacy refers to the framework of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2015. Learning component consisting of Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation studied in every aspect. The research method is descriptive method. The technique used is the technique of observation, surveys, and analysis of content. Observation and analysis of content using a total of 12 instruments. The research was conducted on 19 samples of the population of 54 junior high school SMP throughout the city that is selected by stratified cluster sampling by strata, regions, and the curriculum used. This study shows that of the three learning components studied, indicates emphasis or dominance aspect of knowledge than other aspects. On the Planning component, presented Knowledge Aspects of 39.4% which is the largest of the other aspects Context 14.9%, 28.6% Competence and Attitude 17.1%. On the Implementation component, Knowledge aspect presented by 35.93% which is the largest of the other aspects Context 20.55%, 26.45% Competence and Attitude 17.07%. In the evaluation component, Knowledge aspect presented by 54.1% which is the largest of the other aspects Context 3.8% 40.8% Competence and Attitude 1.3% ,. Results also showed that the curriculum of junior high school in 2013 showing the presentation of scientific literacy are better than junior high school curriculum of 2006, the then junior high school in Central and Southeast Bandung also show the presentation better than other regions. The results also indicates that the presentation aspect of scientific literacy in the city indicated by the percentage of achievement that only amounted to 23.52%, despite the high percentage of occurrence ie by 73%.
