Abstract

Kesimpulannya, melalui penerapan model guided discovery learning dapat mengembangkan kreativitas anak sejak dini.;--- The problem that occurs is still found schools that are less develop creativity and just focus on reading, writing and arithmetic while the creativity of central importance in the life of such creativity allows humans to improve the quality of life, creativity will provide benefit and satisfaction to the individual, therefore necessary to develop creativity early through learning models, one model of guided discovery learning. Guided discovery learning model is believed to stimulate the creativity of young children. This research aims to explain how the planning, implementation, improvement and emerging challenges and solutions in overcoming obstacles during the research process. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research using models Kemmis& Mc. Taggart which each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection implementation. The data collection is done in early childhood in GAMUS Academic Year 2015/2016 by observation, interviews, field notes and documentation. Data analysis was performed in two aspects: qualitative and quantitative. The results showed an increase in each cycle. The development of children's creativity can be seen from the five dimensions of creativity according to Parnes, namely originality, flexibility, fluency, elaboration and sensitivity. All aspects of this can be seen from the observation through field notes, and the results of the observation guide the development of creativity mengggambarkan significantly from the first cycle to increase the findings on the dimensions of originality and sensitivity, in the second cycle dimension looks experiencing significant development is the dimension of fluency and elaboration. In conclusion, through the application of models guided discovery learning can develop children's creativity from an early age.
