    Abstract

    Lembar kerja siswa (LKS) Pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif merupakan media pembelajaran berupa lembar kerja bagi siswa yang disusun secara sistematis dengan cara mengadaptasi aktivitas belajar pola 5M, yang masing-masing komponennya terintegrasi dengan indikator perilaku kreatif. Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengonstruk LKS pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif bagi siswa SMA kelas X dalam perancangan alat uji daya hantar listrik larutan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan kegiatan yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap pelaporan. Pada tahap persiapan dilakukan segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang menjadi pondasi penyusunan LKS pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif. Tahap pelaksanaan merupakan tahap validasi kepada validator. Tahap pelaporan berisi analisis data yang diperoleh untuk kemudian ditarik simpulan dari penelitian ini. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian kali ini adalah lembar validasi konten LKS pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif, lembar validasi konstruk, lembar validasi ekologi, serta rubrik jawaban siswa. Hasil validasi dosen dan guru terhadap LKS pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif yang dikonstruk sangat baik. Tanggapan siswa terhadap LKS pola 5M bermuatan nilai kreatif dalam perancangan alat uji daya hantar listrik larutan yang dikonstruk tergolong baik. Berdasarkan temuan ini diharapkan para guru kimia memperoleh masukan ketika mengajar perancangan alat uji daya hantar listrik larutan.;---5M step student worksheet which contain creative value is a medium of learning in the form of worksheets for students systematically arranged by adapting the 5M step learning activity, which each component is integrated with indicators of creative behavior. The purpose of this research is to construct 5M step student workshet containing creative value for high school students of tenth grade of senior high school in designing test equipment for solution of electrical conductivity. The method used is descriptive method. This research consisted of three phases of activity which includes preparatory phase, implementation phase, and reporting phase. In the preparation phase all things related with provide the base of 5M step student worksheet which contain creative value construction. Implementation phase of this research is the phase of validation to the validator. Reporting phase contains analysis of the data obtained and then drawn the conclusion from this research. The instrument used in this research were the validation sheet content 5M step student worksheet containing creative value, constructive validation sheets, ecology validation sheets, as well as the students' answers section. The lecturer and teacher validation result towards 5M step student worksheet containing creative value was very good. The students responses towards the 5M step student worksheet containing creative value in designing test equipment for solution of electrical conductivity is good. Based on these research, it is expected that chemistry teachers obtains input when teaching how to design test equipment for solution of electrical conductivity.
