Abstract

Pengembangan bahan ajar IPBA terpadu yang mengakomodasi kecerdasan majemuk dan penanaman karakter pada tema Pelindung Bumi didasari atas rendahnya pengetahuan dan besarnya minat siswa SMP/Sederajat, dan kurangnya ketersediaan bahan ajar IPBA di sekolah. Model terpadu Webbed adalah model terpadu bahan ajar ini dengan mengangkat tema Pelindung Bumi dan dibangun oleh lima mata pelajaran pada standar isi. Alhasil bahan ajar ini dapat menjangkau tiga belas disiplin ilmu dalam pembahasannya. Model terpadu Threated merupakan landasan meta-kognitif bahan ajar yang mengacu pada akomodasi kecerdasan majemuk dan penanaman karakter. Penetapan tema Pelindung Bumi berlandaskan fleksibilitas materi atmosfer yang dapat membahas antariksa dan kebumian serta fenomenanya sangat dinamis, sehingga bahasan materi bisa menyeluruh dengan beragam kegiatan. Oleh karena itu, pada bahan ajar dapat dikembangkan beragam kegiatan mulai dari eksperimen, simulasi, permainan, video, menggambar, menyanyi, dan observasi lapangan. Keragaman kegiatan menuntut siswa untuk berdiskusi, terjun kelapangan, praktikum, dan mencari sumber lain, sehingga pendidikan karakter dan beragam macam domain kecerdasan siswa dapat diakomodasi. Research and Development dengan pendekatan model 4-D menjadi rancangan pengembangan bahan ajar. Instrumen yang digunakan dengan sampel warga sekolah adalah angket identifikasi kecerdasan majemuk, angket pembelajaran IPBA, soal uji pemahaman siswa tema Pelindung Bumi pada tahap Definisi, serta uji keterbacaan soal rumpang dan angket keterbacaan pada tahap Pengembangan. Validasi ahli dilakukan sebelum uji keterbacaan siswa dengan enam ahli pada masing-masing bidang. Dari uji lapangan yang dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali pada siswa SMP, mendapatkan data akhir dengan nilai kelima sub-tema yang dikembangkan sebesar 85% yang artinya nilai keterbacaan “tinggi”. Pengembangan produk berupa bahan ajar ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu referensi bagi guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar dengan tema IPBA dan menjadi sumber bacaan bagi siswa untuk memperkaya pengetahuan IPBA.;---Integrated Earth and Space’s Science development of teaching materials that accommodate multiple intelligences and the planting of characters on the theme Protecting the Earth is based on the lack of knowledge, amount of interest in junior high school students, and the availability of teaching materials in schools. Webbed integrated model is an integrated model of these materials with the theme Protector of Earth and built by five subjects on content standards. As a result of this teaching material can reach thirteen disciplines in the discussion. Threated integrated model is meta-cognitive teaching materials model referring to the multiple intelligences and cultivation of character accommodation. Determination of the Earth Protector as theme based on the flexibility of the material atmosphere to discuss space and terrestrial as well as very dinamins phenomenon, so that the material can be a thorough discussion with a variety of activities. Therefore, it can develop a variety of activities ranging from experiments, simulations, games, video, drawing, singing, and field observations. The diversity of activities require students to discuss, falls spaciousness, lab work, and look for other sources, so that the character education and a wide variety of students can be accommodated intelligence domain. Research and Development with a 4-D model approach into design for the development of teaching materials. The instruments used to sample the school community is the identification of multiple intelligences questionnaire, questionnaire of Earth and Space’s Science learning, students' understanding about the Earth Protector theme at the stage of Definition and legibility hiatus test and legibility questionnaire at this stage of Development. Validation experts conducted before readability test students with six experts in each field. The field test were performed three times in junior high school students, getting the final data to the value of the five sub-themes were developed by 85%, which means the value of legibility "high". Product development in the form of teaching materials is expected to become a reference for teachers in developing teaching materials on the Earth and Space’s Science theme and become a source of reading for students to enrich their Earth and Space’s Science knowledge.
