Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh work-life balance (WLB), kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan BRI Kantor Wilayah Bandung. Tujuan penelitian adalah menjelaskan, menggambarkan, menganalisis, dan menguji pengaruh WLB terhadap OCB secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui variabel kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis eksplanatori kausal. Metode ini menjelaskan hubungan antara dua atau lebih gejala atau variabel hubungan sebab-akibat antara dua variabel atau lebih melalui uji hipotesis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada karyawan BRI di Bagian Pemasaran dan Bisnis Mikro. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode nonprobabilitas dengan teknik accidental. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa WLB mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan WLB tidak mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi. Meski demikian apabila diterapkan secara bersama maka WLB dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan selanjutnya adalah bahwa WLB berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap OCB, demikian juga secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Dengan demikian kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi merupakan mediator antara WLB dan OCB. --- This research discussed the effect of work-life balance (WLB), job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in BRI Bandung Area Office. The purpose of the study was to explaine, describe, analyze, and testing the effect of WLB on OCB directly and indirectly through the mediation of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study used explanatory causal method which analyze the relation of two or more variables through hypothesis testing. Data was collected through survey towards the employee of BRI in the Department of Marketing and Small Business (Pemasaran dan Bisnis Mikro). Nonprobability sampling method with accidental sampling technique used to chose the samples. The research found there was positive effect from WLB on job satisfaction. Simultaneously, WLB and job satisfaction positively affect the organizational commitment. Partially only job satisfaction which had positive effect on organizational commitment. The findings showed direct positive effect from WLB on OCB as well as indirect effect through job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. That mean job analysis and organizational commitment were the mediator for the relation of WLB and OCB.
