Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk membentuk kader dakwah pemuda. Program halaqah Persis membentuk kader dakwah dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran partisipatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penyelenggaraan, metode pembelajaran partisipatif, kemampuan dakwah warga belajar, faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif pada program halaqah pemuda Persis Sasak dua untuk menumbuhkan kemampuan dakwah. Landasan teori dalam penelitian yaitu konsep pendidikan nonformal, metode pembelajaran partisipatif, kemampuan dakwah dan halaqah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif, dengan alat pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah lima partisipan yaitu satu orang fasilitator, dua orang warga belajar dan dua orang masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1. Penyelenggaraan program halaqah pemuda Persis Sasak Dua meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan dan penilaian. 2. Pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan dakwah yaitu dengan melibatkan warga belajar dalam penyelenggaraan program pembelajaran, menerapkan prinsip dan ciri-ciri proses kegiatan metode pembelajaran partisipatif. 3. Setelah mengikuti program halaqah ini, warga belajar memiliki kompetensi substantif dan kompetensi metodologis dalam melaksanakan dakwah 4. Faktor pendorong dalam pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif ini yaitu fasilitator yang melibatkan warga belajar dalam penyelenggaraan program pembelajaran, warga belajar yang aktif mengikuti penyelenggaraan program tersebut dan fasilitas yang memadai, sedangkan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran partisipatif yaitu adanya kendala untuk berkumpul melakukan musyawarah. ;---This study is motivated by the need to establish youth’s da’wah cadres. Halaqah program Persis formed da’wah cadres by applying participatory learning method. This study aims to describe the organization of participatory learning method, learner’s da’wah ability, driving and inhabiting faktors in the implementation of participatory learning program at youth halaqah program in Persis Sasak Dua to increase da’wah ability. The grounding theories of this research are non-formal educational concept, participatory learning method, da’wah ability and halaqah. The research method used in this study is qualitatif method and the data were collected by interview, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study were fif participants that consist of one participator, two learners, and two communities. The results of this study are: 1. The implementation of youth halaqah program in Persis Sasak Dua includes planning, organizing, mobilizing, and assessment. 2. The implementation of participatory learning method in increasing da’wah ability which engage learners in the implementation of learning program, applying the principles and characteristics of the process of participatory learning method. 3. After attending halaqah program, learners haf substantif and methodological competence in carrying out da’wah. 4. The driving faktors in the implementation of this participatory learning method are the facilitator that engage learners in the implementation of learning program, learners who actifly attend the program, and adequate facilities, while the inhabiting faktors in the implementation of this participatory learning method is the constraint of gathering to do deliberation.
