Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh outdoor education terhadap kepercayaan diri dan sikap bertanggung jawab siswa sekolah menengah pertama, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain the-static group pre-test-post-test, lokasi penelitian bertempat di Ciwangun Indah Camp. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 60 orang siswa yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok pada SMP Negeri 53 Bandung, teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian mangungkapkan bahwa rata-rata kepercayaan diri meningkat 12,23 dan rata-rata sikap bertanggung jawab meningkat 17,4. Outdoor education dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan sikap bertanggung jawab, outdoor education disarankan untuk menjadi bagian dari pendidikan siswa di sekolah.;--- The purpose of this study was determine the effect of outdooreducation in increasing self-confidence and responsibility of students. The method used in this study using quasi-experimental design with The-Static group pretest-posttest design. Location of research in Ciwangun Indah Camp. Sample in this study of 60 students divided into 2 groups in SMP Negeri 53 Bandung. Techniques of data retrieval is done by using questionnaire. Data analysis found that the mean self confidence is 12,23 and mean of responsibility is 17,4. Through outdoor education can increased self confidence and responsibility, outdoor education is suggested to be part of the education of students in the school.
