Abstract
Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Bina Warga Bandung, yang ditandai dengan banyaknya siswa yang memperoleh nilai di bawah Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa adalah melalui mutu layanan guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey eksplanasi yang bertujuan untuk menemukan pengaruh variabel mutu layanan guru terhadap motivasi belajar siwa. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh unit analisis sebanyak 55 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian yakni analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2013. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Persepsi tentang tingkat mutu layanan guru berada pada kategori rendah; (2) Persepsi tentang tingkat motivasi belajar berada pada kategori rendah; (3) Mutu layanan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.; The problem of this research is the low learning motivation on student’s grade XI office Administration Skill Program at SMK Bina Warga Bandung, which many students got scored under the Minimum Criteria (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal). One way to improve student’s learning motivation is trough the teacher’s service quality. The method used is survey explanation that aims to find the effect between the variables teacher service quality (X) and student’s learning motivation (Y). Research sampling is using the Slovin formula to obtained the unit of analysis by 55 people. The technique data analysis used to answer the research problem formulation that is simple regression analysis by Miscrosoft Excel 2013. The result of this research is to indicating that: (1) Perception about teacher’s service quality level in low category, (2) Perception about learning motivation in low category, (3) Teacher service quality has positive influence and significant toward student’s learning motivation.
