Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa, mengetahui pemberian feedback terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa, serta melihat interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran dan pemberian feedback terhadap terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan factorial design 2x2. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK YPF Bandung. Sedangkan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah kelas XI yang berjumlah 128 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian feedback terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa. Dan tidak terdapat interaksi antara penerapan model pembelajaran dan pemberian feedback terhadap peningkatan self esteem pada siswa. ; This study aims to Know the application of learning models to increase self-esteem in students, know giving feedback to the increased self esteem in students, as well as see the interaction between the learning model application and giving feedback on the improvement of self-esteem in students. The method used in this study is an experimental research method using a 2x2 factorial design. The population of this study were students of SMK YPF Bandung. While the sample of this research is a class XI totaling 128 students. Sampling was done by cluster random sampling. The results showed that there are significant application of learning models to increase self esteem in students. There is a feedback effect of the increase in self-esteem in students. And there is no interaction between the learning model application and providing feedback to the improvement of self-esteem in students.
