Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru. Fokus kajiannya diarahkan pada kompensasi (X1), komitmen organisasional (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 35 responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tidak tetap non-pns di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru terhadap kompensasi berada pada kategori sedang, komitmen organisasional berada pada kategori tinggi, dan kinerja guru tidak tetap non-pns di SMK Bina Wisata Lembang berada pada kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis jalur, diperoleh hasil bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui komitmen organisasional.; This research was conducted at SMK Bina Tourism Lembang. The problem studied in this research is teacher performace who didn’t optimal. Focus of this research is compensation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and teacher performance (Y). The method used is survey explanatory. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires that were distributed to 35 respondents. Respondents in this study are all non-civil servant teachers are not full time at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The result showed that the perception of teachers to compensation in middle category, organizational commitment at the high category, and the performance of non-civil servant teachers at SMK Bina Wisata Lembang in the middle category. Based on the results of path analysis, the result that compensation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment.
