Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kesulitan siswa dalam menulis naskah drama yang padu. Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain: 1) mengetahui kemampuan siswa di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama sebelum dan sesudahnya menggunakan model Berpikir-Berbicara-Menulis (BBM) dengan media stop motion di kelas eksperimen; 2) mengetahui kemampuan siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama sebelum dan sesudahnya tidak menggunakan model Berpikir-Berbicara-Menulis (BBM) dengan media stop motion di kelas kontrol; 3) mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Model BBM merupakan terjemahan dari model Think-Talk-Write (TTW). Model BBM berasal dari pendekatan komunikatif dan pembelajaran kooperatif. Model ini mendorong siswa untuk berpikir, berbicara, dan kemudian menuliskan suatu topik tertentu, hal tersebut digunakan untuk mengembangkan tulisan dengan lacar dan melatih bahasa. Media stop motion merupakan animasi yang dihasilkan dari pengambilan objek setahap demi setahap yang kemudian dijadikan video dengan durasi dan kontennya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 orang, yang terdiri 36 orang kelompok kontrol dan 36 orang kelompok eksperimen yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model BBM dengan media stop motion efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis naskah drama. This research is motivated by the difficulty of students in a playwriting coherent. The purpose of this study include: 1) determine the ability of students in class XI SMA Negeri 1 in learning playwriting before and after using a model Think-Talk-Write (BBM) by the media stop motion in the experimental class; 2) determine the ability of students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi in learning playwriting before and after not using the model Think-Talk-Write (BBM) by the media stop motion in the control class; 3) knowing the significant differences in learning playwriting students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Cimahi in the experimental class and control class. Model fuel is a translation of a model Think-Talk-Write (TTW). Model fuel is derived from the communicative approach and cooperative learning. This model encourages students to think, speak, and then writes a particular topic, it is used to develop writing has gone well and practice the language. Media stop motion is generated animations of objects taking it step by step, which then made a video with the duration and content can be tailored to the needs. Participants in this study were 72 people, comprising 36 control group and 36 in the experimental group were taken by purposive sampling. The model used in this study is a model of quasi-experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The results showed that the model fuel with the media stop motion are effective in learning playwriting.
