Abstract

Keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di abad ke-21 telah memaksa dunia pendidikan untuk mengubah paradigma pembelajaran. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang makin pesat mengambil bagian terhadap perubahan dalam pembelajaran yang memudahkan untuk berkomunikasi, berkolaborasi dan belajar di abad ke-21. Metode pembelajaran creative learning cycle dianggap mampu untuk mendukung siswa dalam mencapai keterampilan abad ke-21 yang diperlukan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh tahapan share dan reflect pada metode pembelajaran creative learning cycle terhadap keterampilan abad ke-21 yaitu ways of thinking, ways of working dan living in the world yang disusun oleh Assessment and Teaching 21st Century Skills (ATCS 21). Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Learning Management System (LMS) yang diharapkan mampu mengakomodir proses pembelajaran dengan metode creative learning cycle terutama tahapan share dan reflect. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah concurrent embedded yang termasuk kedalam metode penelitian mix method. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) untuk mengukur pengaruh tahapan share dan reflect terhadap keterampilan abad ke-21. Sampel penelitian dilakukan kepada siswa kelas X TKJ di SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian yang diperolah adalah pengaruh reflect terhadap keterampilan abad ke-21 pada keterampilan ways of thinking sebesar 33.2%, ways of working sebesar 48.9% , dan living in the world 49.4%. Sedangkan untuk tahapan share mendapatkan pengaruh dengan hubungan yang negatif sehingga keterampilan abad ke-21 yang berpengaruh terhadap tahapan share. Sedangkan untuk respon siswa terhadap LMS adalah 77.95% yang dapat dikategorikan sangat baik. Kata kunci : Creative, Learning, SEM, Share, Reflect The skills required in the 21st century has forced the educational sector to make changes of learning paradigm. The development of information and communication technology is growing rapidly and it takes part of changing in learning that makes it easier to communicate, collaborate and learn in the 21st century. Creative learning cycle methods is considered able to support students in achieving the 21st century skills needed in the era of globalization. This study aims to determine how the influence at the stages share and reflect of creative learning cycle method to the skills of the 21st century which are ways of thinking, ways of working and living in the world compiled by the Assessment and Teaching 21st Century Skills (ATCS 21), In addition, this study aims to develop a Learning Management System (LMS) that is expected to accommodate the learning process with methods of creative learning cycle, especially the stages share and reflect. The method used in this study were the concurrent embedded research that included into mix method research. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to measure the impact of share stages and reflect to the 21st century skills. The research sample conducted to students of class X TKJ SMK Negeri PU Bandung. The results of the research are obtained reflect the influence of the 21st century skills in ways of thinking skills by 33.2%, ways of working by 48.9%, and living in the world 49.4%. As for the stages share gain influence with a negative relationship so that the 21st century skills that influence the share stages.
