Abstract

Abstrak: Siswa SMK wajib untuk mengikuti kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Praktik kerja industri merupakan kegiatan yang dimaksudkan agar siswa menerapkan antara pengetahuan teori yang diperoleh dari sekolah dengan di industri. Siswa juga harus mampu menyesuaikan diri guna kelancaran kegiatan prakerin di industri. Penyesuaian diri adalah seseorang memiliki keinginan untuk melakukan penyesuaian terhadap diri sendiri, agar menciptakan penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan sosial. Untuk mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa dalam mengikuti praktik kerja industri, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan memberikan saran kepada pihak sekolah dan siswa yang akan mengikuti praktik kerja industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat penyesuaian diri siswa dalam mengikuti praktik kerja industri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini difokuskan kepada siswa yang telah mengikuti praktik kerja industri. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket tertutup. Hasil penelitian menggunakan skala rating scale yang menunjukan kategori cukup baik. Kata Kunci : Penyesuaian Diri, Praktik Kerja Industri Abstract: Vocational students are required to follow the activities of the working practices of the industry. Industry working practices is an activity that is intended to enable students to apply the theoretical knowledge gained from school with in the industry. Students also must be able to adapt to the smooth operation of prakerin in the industry. Adjustment is someone has the desire to make adjustments to themselves, in order to create the adjustment to the social environment. To determine the level of adjustment of students in participating in industry working practices, it is necessary to study with the aim of providing advice to the school and the students who will participate in the working practices of the industry. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of adjustment of students in participating industrial working practices. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. Respondents in this study focused on students who have followed the practice of industrial work. Collecting data using questionnaires closed. The results using a scale rating scale that indicates the category quite well. Keywords: Self Adjustment, Employment Practices Industry
