Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh para pelajar yang saat ini mulai lemah karakternya sehingga di usia belia sudah gampang putus asa, terpengaruh oleh hal-hal negatif, dan sebagainya. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter menjadi salah satu hal yang harus dilaksanakan di jenjang pendidikan manapun, khusunya di jenjang pendidikan dasar. Hal ini dikarenakan pendidikan dasar menjadi pondasi utama bagi tumbuh kembangnya generasi muda dimasa depan. Pada saat ini, nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter sudah mulai diimplementasikan di sekolah dalam berbagai mata pelajaran, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Dalam Islam karakter sama dengan akhlak, hal ini menunjukkan Pendidikan Agama Islam berperan penting dalam pembentukan karakter. Pada penelitian ini yang diteliti adalah implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di SDIT Luqmanul Hakim. Oleh karena itu, pokok permasalahan dari penelitian ini yaitu implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI yang baik diterapkan di sekolah dasar. Adapun tujuan pokoknya yakni untuk mengetahui lebih dalam implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI di SDIT Luqmanul Hakim Bandung. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan dari penelitian di SDIT Luqmanul Hakim, perencanaan pendidikan karakter dalam PAI ketika pembelajaran di kelas mengacu pada silabus dan RPP PAI, namun tidak ada perbedaan dalam silabus dan RPP PAI. Dengan adanya evaluasi mingguan dan buku penghubung, memberikan dampak yang baik kepada siswa sehingga akhlak siswa terpantau baik secara langsung oleh setiap guru baik di lingkungan sekolah maupun di rumah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara umum bahwa implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam PAI sudah cukup baik terlihat dari siswa yang menunjukkan akhlak baik dan guru yang memberikan teladan baik kepada siswanya. Siswa menunjukkan sikap mandiri, jujur, bertanggungjawab, disiplin, peduli lingkungan. Saling menghormati, dan saling menyayangi antar sesama teman dan guru. ---------- This research is motivated by the students who are currently getting weak character so in young age is easy to despair, affected by the negative things, and so on. Implementation of character education becomes one of the things that should be implemented at any level of education, especially at the basic education level. This is because the basic education becomes the main foundation for the growth of the younger generation in the future. At this time, the values of character education have started to be implemented in schools in various subjects, particularly in the subjects of Islamic Education. In Islam the same character with morals, it shows the Islamic Education plays an important role in the formation of character. The method used is descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Technique of collecting the data through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and triangulation. Analysis data techniques by means of data reduction, display data, and conclusion. In the data processing is known that planning for character education in the classroom PAI when referring to the syllabus and RPP PAI instill character values. Besides the programs in the character formation of students is TTQ, mabit, boarding lightning and habits about 3 things to do students (greeting, eating and drinking while sitting, and dispose of waste in place). In the process of implementation has been good and the character of the students has started to appear, such as students learn independently, honest, responsible, disciplined, caring environments, etc. Based on the results of research in general can be concluded that the characters in the education planning PAI is good enough look good morals of the students and teachers who give good example to their students. The evaluation of weekly weekend discussing about the moral issues of students, academic students, and the subject of evaluation for a better in future.
