Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kreativitas pada anak melalui pembelajaran melukis dengan menggunakan kegiatan glue painting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan melakukan kolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada anak kelompok B di TK Plus Az-Zahra kecamatan Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung, dengan jumlah subjek penelitian sebanyak 12 orang anak yang berusia 5-6 tahun. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman observasi kreativitas anak. penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan refleksi. Kondisi awal kemampuan kreativitas melukis anak di kelompok B TK Plus Az-Zahra masih belum terstimulasi secara maksimal, dengan presentase kategori kurang 36%, kategori cukup 40% dan ketegori baik 24%. Namun setelah diberikannya kegiatan melukis melalui kegiatan glue painting kemampuan kreativitas melukis anak mengalami peningkatan secara signifikan. Presentase kemampuan kreativitas anak dalam kategori kurang 7%, kategori cukup 15% dan kategori baik 78%. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka kegiatan glue painting dapat direkomendasikan bagi pendidik anak usia dini untuk kegiatan melukis yang kreatif yang dapat diberikan kepada anak sebagai alternatif untuk membantu meningkatkan kreativitas anak.---------- This research aims to investigate the enhancement of children’s creativity through the learning of painting by conducting the activity of Glue Painting. The method used in this research was Class Action Research (CAR) and working together with the teachers. This research was conducted on children of Group B in Az-Zahra Kindergarten Plus Baleendah District Bandung Regency, and the number of participants were 12 children aged 5-6 years old. The data were collected by using the research instrument which is a procedure in observing children’s creativity. This research carried out four stages: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The initial condition of Children’s skill on painting of Group B in Az-Zahra Kindergarten Plus was still not stimulated excellently, with a percentage of low category was 36%, average category was 40%, and high category was 24%. However, after conducting the painting activity through Glue Painting, children’s skill on painting has enhanced significantly. A percentage of the children’s skill on low category is 7%, average category is 15%, and high category is 78%. From those findings, consequently the activity of Glue Painting is recommended for the teachers who teach children in the early ages for which the activity of creative painting can be given to the children as an alternative to help them enhancing their creativity.
