Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas XI AK pada mata pelajaran Produktif Akuntansi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization pada kelas eksperimen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Experimental dengan bentuk desain penelitian posttest-only control design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua kelas XI AK SMK Negeri 1 Bandung dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling jenis purposive sampling karena pengambilan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu nilai rata-rata kelas yang tidak terlalu berbeda, kelas XI AK 1 merupakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI AK 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk hasil belajar siswa diperoleh dengan memberikan tes dalam bentuk soal uraian yang diberikan sebanyak satu kali yaitu posttest. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan uji normalitas dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji statistik non-parametrik teknik Mann-Whitney U dikarenakan data tidak berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data pada eksperimen diperoleh nilai Z_hitung(2,90) > Z_tabel (1,96). Hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Assisted Individualization berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran produktif Akuntansi. Kata kunci : Team Assisted Individualization, Hasil belajar The research was doing in SMKN 1 Bandung. The problem was studied about decrease of student output XI AK degree in Acounting Productive subject. It aims to find the influence of cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization in experimental class. The method that used was quasi experiment with posttest only control design. The population was all of student of XI AK degree SMKN 1 Bandung and sample was taken by nonprobability sampling type purposive sampling, it was used because if sample was taken by average value of class had no different. XI AK 1 was an experimental class and XI AK 2 was a control class. Data was taken once by essay post test. Data processing technique used normality test and hypothesis used non-parametric statistic Mann-Whitney U technique because data were not normal distribution. Based on the experimental data was acquired Z_calculate(2,90) > Z_tabel (1,96). The result shows that cooperative learning model type Team Assisted Individualization has an influence on student output in accounting productive subject. keyword : Team Assisted Individualization, output student
