Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul: “Pengaruh Penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 Terhadap Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran Pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung”. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi dialaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah semakin tingginya ekspektasi masyarakat sebagai pelanggan pendidikan terhadap Jurusan TKJ sehingga menjadikan TKJ sebagai jurusan yang mempunyai peringkat teratas hampir di setiap SMK, dan tentunya hal ini harus dibarengi dengan kualitas layanan pendidikannya agar berhasil menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu, dan hal ini tergantung pada setiap Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) terlebih dengan SMK yang telah mendapatkan sertifikat ISO 9001:2008 dalam memberikan layanan pembelajaran kepada siswa-siswanya khususnya siswa kejuruan Teknik Jaringan Komputer. Permasalahan yang hendak dipecahkam dalam penelitian ini adalah : 1) Bagaimana gambaran penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008; 2) Bagaimana gambaran mutu layanan pembelajaran; serta 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan SMM SIO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran Pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008, mutu layanan pembelajaran, dan besarnya pengaruh penerapan SMM SIO 9001:2008 terhadap mutu layanan pembelajaran Pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan ditunjang studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang bersifat tertutup dengan skala lima. Sedangkan sumber data yang disajikan berupa sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 dari 72 data yang berhasil disebar. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan prosedur: menyeleksi data, mentabulasi data, mengukur kecenderungan skor responden menggunakan formulasi WMS, dan uji normalitas distribusi data. Selanjutnya melakukan pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan prosedur: uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi, uji analisis korelasi dan uji analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan skor rata-rata keseluruhan dari setiap indikator untuk variabel X (SMM ISO 9001:2008) adalah sebesar 4,12 dengan kategori sangat baik. Variabel Y (Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran) termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik pula dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 4,20. Berdasarkan perhitungan SPSS menunjukkan bahwa R Square sebesar 0,288, setelah dilakukan perhitungan dengan menguji koefiensi determinasi bahwa variabel Y (Mutu Layanan Pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung dipengaruhi sebesar 28,83% dan 71,17% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dengan kata lain, Ha diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 dengan mutu layanan pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan SMM ISO 9001:2008 memiliki pengaruh yang cukup kuat dengan mutu layanan pembelajaran pada SMK Negeri Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ) di-Kota Bandung. Research is called: “The influence of the application of SMM ISO 9001: 2008 against learning service quality in state vocational high schools for technique and computer network ( TKJ ) at Bandung City. The unsettled drive because there of this research is increasingly high public expectation of education as customers against majors TKJ that made TKJ as majors that have top rank in virtually every SMK , and certainly it must be accompanied with service quality education in order to successfully produce high quality graduates , and it is dependent on every secondary school vocational especially with the smk who has obtain certificates ISO 9001: 2008 to provide services to her students learning particularly vocational students technique and computer network. The problems that will be resolved in this research is: 1) how the image of the application of smm ISO 9001: 2008; 2 ) how the picture quality learning; services as well as 3) how much the influence of the application of SMM ISO 9001: 2008 on service quality vocational learning in the land of technique and computer network (TKJ) in the city of bandung .The purpose to be achieved in this research is to know the application of SMM ISO 9001: 2008 , service quality of learning , and the size of the influence of the application of SMM ISO 9001: 2008 on service quality vocational learning in the land of technique and computer network (TKJ) in the city of bandung . Methods used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach with supported the study of literature .Use of poll data collection techniques that are five covered with scales .While the data presented in the sample were 72 data from the 72 who successfully deployed .Data processing technique: select data with the procedure done , the tabulation of data, measuring the inclination wms formulation of the respondents use the score , and the data distribution of normality. Next to test the hypothesis of research with the procedure: test the coefficients determined , the significance , the correlation analysis and the regression analysis . The results of research shows that the tendency of the average score whole of the indicators for each variable X (SMM ISO 9001: 2008 is amounting to 4.12 with the category of very good. Variable Y (quality services of learning) including into the category of very good too with the average score of 4,20 .Based on calculations show that spss r square of 0,288 , after the calculation by test koefiensi determination that the variable y (service quality learning) in the land vocational of technique and computer network (TKJ) in the city of bandung influenced by 28,83 % and 71,17 % influenced by other variables .In other words , ha accepted there is a significant influence between the application of smm iso 9001: 2008 with service quality vocational learning in the land of technique and computer network (TKJ) in the city of bandung .Based on research findings can be concluded that the application of SMM ISO 9001: 2008 having influence is strong enough with service quality of learning In vocational high schools for technique and computer network (TKJ) in the city of bandung.
