    Abstract

    Penelitian tentang Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru terhadap Motivasi Belajar serta Implikasinya terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam Matapelajaran Ekonomi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Siswa IPS Kelas XI SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dan teknik analisis data menggunakan paht analisis. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat kreativitas kognitif guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, tingkat kreativitas non kognitif guru memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, tingkat kreativitas kognitif guru memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, tingkat kreativitas non kognitif guru memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, tingkat motivasi belajar siswa memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian tidaklah penelitian terakhir yang dapat digeneralisasikan untuk semua mata pelajaran, semua tingkatan sekolah, ataupun semua pendidik, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lanjutan yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi dan implikasinya terhadap hasil belajar siswa untuk matapelajaran ekonomi.

    Research on the Influence of Teacher Creativity Motivation and Implications Student Results on Economic Lesson Implementation. This study was carried out on Class XI Students IPS high schools in Bandung Regency. This study uses survey research methods and data analysis techniques using paht analysis. The results of this study concluded that the level of cognitive creativity of teachers has a positive and significant effect on students 'motivation, creativity non-cognitive level of teachers has a positive and significant impact on students' motivation, creativity cognitive level of teachers have a negative effect and no significant effect on student learning outcomes, non-cognitive level of creativity of the teacher and do not have a significant negative effect on student learning outcomes, students' motivation level has a positive and significant impact on student learning outcomes. The results of recent research studies can not be generalized to all subjects, all levels of schools, or all educators, so further research is needed with regard to the influence creativity and motivation of teachers to the implications for student learning outcomes for the course from the economy.
