Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bibliocounseling (membaca buku, menonton film, dan mendengarkan cerita) dalam meningkatkan 3 aspek resiliensi, yakni aspek I have, I am, dan I can pada remaja PSAA Wisma Putra Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Penelitian dilaksanakan di PSAA Wisma Putra Ciumbuleuit Bandung dengan subjek penelitian 21 siswa/siswi SMA sederajat menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode latin square dan analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik one way anova. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 jenis instrumen resiliensi ( I have, I am, dan I can) dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknik membaca merupakan teknik bibliocounseling yang dapat meningkatkan resiliensi pada remaja PSAA Wisma Putra Ciumbuleuit Bandung secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibanding teknik menonton film dan mendengarkan cerita.

The research is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of bibliocounseling (reading book, watching movie, and story telling) to enhance resilience of adolescence PSAA Wisma Putra Ciumbuleuit Bandung orphanage. The research conducted in PSAA Wisma Putra orphanage involving 21 high school students used random sampling technique. Quantitative approach was applied in this research with latin square method. Data was collected by using 3 resilience scale (I have, I am, I can) used likert scale. Paired T test and one way anova was used too analyse the effectivity of intervention,. The results indicated that reading book technique empirically has the highest score to enhance resilience of adolescence.
