Abstract
Technical losses merupakan penyusutan yang disebabkan oleh impedansi pada peralatan pembangkit atau peralatan transmisi menuju jaringan distribusi sehingga terjadi kehilangan energi. Tingginya technical losses pada sistem distribusi listrik memberikan dampak negatif terhadap berbagai aspek. Dari sisi teknis, sebagian daya listrik yang disalurkan berubah menjadi panas pada konduktor dan transformator sehingga efisiensi penyaluran daya menurun. Penelitian ini menganalisis besarnya technical losses pada jaringan distribusi 20 kV Gardu Induk Lippo menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 19.0.1. Studi dilakukan pada tiga penyulang umum Transformator 2 Gardu Induk Lippo yang memiliki nama Polo, Kempo, dan Pingpong dengan tujuan memperoleh nilai rugi-rugi daya, rugi-rugi energi, serta mengevaluasi drop tegangan terhadap standar SPLN 72:1987. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penyulang Polo memiliki rugi-rugi daya terendah sebesar 20,51 kW, sementara Kempo dan Pingpong masing-masing mencatat 72,03 kW dan 67,06 kW. Estimasi rugi energi menunjukkan nilai tertinggi pada penyulang Pingpong sebesar 401.713,9 kWh (3,36%) dan terendah pada Polo sebesar 132.176,59 kWh (2,32%). Drop tegangan tertinggi ditemukan pada titik PMSE penyulang Pingpong, yaitu 201 Volt atau 1,01%, sedangkan titik tertinggi pada penyulang Kempo sebesar 120 Volt (0,60%) dan pada Polo sebesar 11 Volt (0,05%). Seluruh nilai drop tegangan berada di bawah batas toleransi maksimal 2% menurut SPLN 72:1987. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa jaringan masih beroperasi dalam kondisi baik sesuai standar. High technical losses in the electricity distribution system have a negative impact on various aspects. From a technical perspective, some of the electrical power transmitted is converted into heat in conductors and transformers, thereby reducing power transmission efficiency. This study analyzes the magnitude of technical losses in the 20 kV distribution network of the Lippo Substation using ETAP 19.0.1 software. The study was conducted on three main feeders of the Lippo Substation's 2 transformers named Polo, Kempo, and Pingpong, with the aim of obtaining power loss values, energy loss values, and evaluating voltage drops against the SPLN 72:1987 standard. The simulation results showed that the Polo feeder had the lowest power losses at 20.51 kW, while Kempo and Pingpong recorded 72.03 kW and 67.06 kW, respectively. Energy loss estimates showed the highest value in the Pingpong feeder at 401,713.9 kWh (3.36%) and the lowest in the Polo feeder at 132,176.59 kWh (2.32%). The highest voltage drop was found at the PMSE point of the Pingpong feeder, at 201 volts or 1.01%, while the highest point on the Kempo feeder was 120 volts (0.60%) and on the Polo feeder was 11 volts (0.05%). All voltage drop values are below the maximum tolerance limit of 2% according to SPLN 72:1987.
