Abstract
Pada guru mata pelajaran produksi pengolahan hasil nabati di SMK Negeri 1 Arjasari membutuhkan pedoman praktikum berupa lembar kerja. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan pengembangan e-jobsheet pada pembuatan permen jeli strawberry yang digunakan untuk menunjang pelaksanaan praktikum. Tujuan penelitian yaitu: 1) Mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan e-jobsheet sebagai pedoman pada praktikum pembuatan permen jeli strawberry 2) Mengetahui hasil belajar afektif peserta didik selama menggunakan e-jobsheet, 3) Mengetahui hasil belajar psikomotorik peserta didik selama menggunakan e-jobsheet, 4) Mengetahui hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik setelah menggunakan e-jobsheet. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri atas pengembangan dan penerapan e-jobsheet. Metode yang digunakan pada tahap pengembangan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) sedangkan, pada tahap penerapan menggunakan pre-experimental design dengan metode one shoot case study. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, e-jobsheet dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” oleh para ahli yaitu ahli materi, media, bahasa, dan tanggapan peserta didik. Hasil penilaian aspek afektif dinyatakan “sangat baik”, aspek psikomotorik mendapatkan hasil “Sangat Terampil” serta hasil penilaian aspek kognitif setelah melakukan tes tertulis dinyatakan “Sangat Baik”. Educators of agricultural product manufacturing at SMK Negeri 1 Arjasari urgently seek worksheets that provide relevant guidance. In order establish guidelines regarding the preparation of plant-based products, specifically for its practical application of manufacturing strawberry jelly candy, researchers designed an e-jobsheet. The objectives of the research are: 1) To determine the feasibility of developing an e-jobsheet as a guidline for strawberry jelly candy making practicum, 2) To determine the affective learning outcomes of students while using the e-jobsheet, 3) To determine the psychomotor learning outcomes of students while using the e-jobsheet, 4) To determine the cognitive learning outcomes of students after using the e-jobsheet. The research is undertaken in two stages: development and implementation of e-jobsheets. The method used in the development stage is Research and Development (R&D) with the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, meanwhile in the implementation stage, it uses a pre-experimental design with the one shot case study method. Based on the research's observations, students and specialists in area of study, media, and language rated the e-jobsheet as "Very Appropriate". The assessment outcomes for affective were "Very Good", the psychomotor aspect received the result of “very skilled”, and cognitive aspects after written tests were "Very Good".
