Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe word square berbasis web (LearningApps) terhadap keaktifan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe word square berbasis web (LearningApps) dipilih karena dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta didik melalui kombinasi aktivitas visual, lisan, mental, menulis, dan motorik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi-eksperimen dengan desain Non-Equivalent Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII, dengan dua kelas sebagai sampel penelitian yakni kelas VIII D sebagai kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe word square berbasis web (LearningApps), dan kelas VIII E sebagai kelas kontrol yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi soal tes, angket, dan lembar observasi keaktifan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keaktifan peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Maka model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe word square berbasis web (LearningApps) berpengaruh positif terhadap keaktifan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. This study aims to determine the effect of the web-based word square cooperative learning model (LearningApps) on student activeness in the Pancasila Education subject. The background of this study is the low level of student active participation in the learning process, especially in the Pancasila Education subject. The web-based word square cooperative learning model (LearningApps) was chosen because it was considered effective in increasing student engagement through a combination of visual, oral, mental, writing, and motor activities. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was all eighth-grade students, with two classes serving as samples: class VIII D as the experimental class implementing a web-based word square cooperative learning model (LearningApps), and class VIII E as the control class implementing a conventional learning model. The instruments used include test questions, questionnaires, and activity observation sheets. The results showed that student activeness in the experimental class increased significantly compared to the control class. Therefore, the web-based word square cooperative learning model (LearningApps) had a positive effect on student activeness in Pancasila Education.
