    Abstract

    Adanya perubahan struktural dan kultural akibat regrouping sekolah menuntut guru untuk beradaptasi dengan situasi baru. Atas dasar kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Lembang pasca-regrouping sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru di SD Negeri Lembang dengan jumlah 30 orang, sedangkan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,654 yang berarti variabel X memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat dengan variabel Y. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh t hitung 4,571 sebesar dan t tabel sebesar 1,70113, yang artinya nilai thitung > ttabel. Dengan hasil uji koefisiensi determinasi sebesar 42,7% dan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh Ý = 16,952 +0,654X yang berarti semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja guru. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, khususnya dalam aspek kualitas kerja, akurasi, inisiatif, kemampuan kerja, serta komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, penguatan budaya organisasi perlu terus dilakukan sebagai strategi dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pasca-regrouping. The structural and cultural changes resulting from school regrouping require teachers to adapt to a new situation. Based on this condition, this study aims to examine the influence of organizational culture on teacher performance at SD Negeri Lembang after the regrouping policy. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The population consisted of all 30 teachers at SD Negeri Lembang, and the sample was determined using a total sampling technique. The calculation of the correlation coefficient produced a value of 0.654, indicating a strong relationship between variable X and variable Y. The significance test showed that the calculated t value of 4.571 was greater than the table t value of 1.70113, while the coefficient of determination was 42.7%. The regression analysis resulted in the equation Ý = 16.952 + 0.654X, meaning that the better the organizational culture, the higher the teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture plays an important role in improving teacher performance, particularly in aspects of work quality, accuracy, initiative, work ability, and communication. Therefore, strengthening organizational culture needs to be continuously pursued as a strategy to maintain and enhance educational quality after the regrouping process.
