Abstract
Keterampilan kolaborasi merupakan salah satu kemampuan penting yang perlu dikembangkan di jenjang pendidikan kejuruan, terutama dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja yang menuntut kerja tim. Namun, masih ditemukan proses pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung interaksi antarsiswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain hanya sebagian siswa yang aktif dalam diskusi, adanya ketergantungan pada satu atau dua anggota kelompok dalam menyelesaikan tugas, serta rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap tugas yang diberikan, yang berdampak pada kurangnya pemanfaatan waktu dan rendahnya produktivitas dalam kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Program Keahlian (DPK 2) kelas X DPIB SMKN 6 Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol berdasarkan uji-t. Nilai rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas eksperimen berada pada kategori cukup efektif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model TSTS dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran yang mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa dan membentuk lingkungan belajar yang kolaboratif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model TSTS berkontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kolaborasi siswa, meskipun masih memerlukan pengembangan lanjutan untuk mencapai efektivitas yang lebih optimal. Collaborative skills are among the essential competencies that need to be developed at the vocational education level, particularly in preparing students to face a workforce that demands effective teamwork. However, the learning process still often lacks support for student-to-student interaction. The problems encountered include only a few students actively participating in discussions, dependence on one or two group members to complete tasks, and students’ low understanding of the given assignments, which leads to poor time management and low group productivity. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of applying the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) cooperative learning model in improving students’ collaborative skills in the subject Basic Vocational Skills (DPK 2) for Grade X students of the DPIB program at SMKN 6 Bandung. The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The results of the study indicate a significant difference in collaborative skills between the experimental and control classes based on the t-test. The average score of students in the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. N-Gain analysis showed that the improvement in collaborative skills in the experimental class fell into the "moderately effective" category. These findings suggest that the TSTS model can serve as an alternative teaching strategy that promotes active student participation and fosters a collaborative learning environment. The conclusion of this study is that the TSTS model contributes positively to the enhancement of students' collaborative skills, although further development is needed to achieve optimal effectiveness.
